時因創始人的奶奶喜愛麵包產品，但因不適宜食用較油膩的台式麵包，
出於一份孝心、與對創業的熱忱，創始人於辭去法律工作後，投身烘焙的世界。
不同於較硬質的美式貝果，日式貝果保留了貝果低油、低糖健康的特質
但鬆軟Ｑ彈的口感，更加適合各年齡層食用。
